GuitarInteract POLICY SHEET as of October 2013

In order to best serve our students, we have the following policies. Please make sure we have your e-mail address to receive pertinent e-mails reminding you of break weeks, related events and deadlines. All your contact information including e-mail addresses are kept private and not shared with any one other than GuitarInteract.

PAYMENTS: LATE PAYMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO LATE CHARGES OF $5.00 PER WEEK FOR UNPAID TUITION BALANCES PAST THE DUE DATE UNLESS ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE AHEAD OF TIME.

 

Your teacher is not obligated to reschedule or refund for any missed or canceled lessons for any reason.

The student should be at each class on time. 

 

GUITARS

 Students who rent guitars may receive 50% to %100 of their first semester rental fee ONLY toward the purchase of a Strunal or better quality guitar, depending on the model. THIS IS NOT A RENT-TO-OWN PROGRAM.

 We give high trade in value to those who upgrade in size or quality.

 Guitars are rented per semester. You will be billed at the end of the semester for the next semester at which time you may pay the rental fee or purchase a guitar.

 All guitars that are not rented for an upcoming semester must be returned at the end of the semester in which the guitar was rented, otherwise late fees and and/or additional rents will be charged.
